Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Soldwatch, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds. These guidelines apply exclusively within the United States and are designed to ensure a smooth resolution process.
A. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, the product must remain in its original, unused condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
B. MISSING RETURN LABEL
Our shipments do not include a return label. If you need assistance, please contact us at [email protected] so we can guide you through the return or exchange process.
C. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin your return, email us at [email protected] with the following details:
Your order number and full name
Proof of purchase (such as an order screenshot)
The reason for your return
If applicable, include photos or a video showing the defective or damaged item
Once we confirm receipt of your return (typically within 24 hours), you will receive an email notification. If a refund is warranted, it will be processed within 14 days, although your bank or credit card issuer might require an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit.
D. DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We accept exchanges only for items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or not the correct size as ordered. For such issues, please reach out to us at [email protected].
E. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for products that are damaged, incorrect, or of the wrong size, as well as defective items. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. Please note, return shipping is free for items that qualify due to a defect.
F. REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.
G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation may not be possible due to production processing. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including street and house number, to avoid delivery issues. Any delivery problems caused by an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.
